A: This surround was designed specifically around the JVC KW-M695DBW to provide the best possible fit and OEM-style appearance, rather than a generic "universal" installation. The JVC unit was selected for its premium feature set and unique double-DIN screen with top-mounted single-DIN chassis design. This configuration is dictated by the Lotus dashboard layout and is essential to achieving the intended fitment.

No additional in-house testing has been carried out with alternative head units; however, some customers have successfully adapted other stereos with minor modifications.
