Shipping and delivery

We supply a combination of in-stock items and made-to-order products. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and current production demand.

This policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders.

2. Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
  • Orders cannot be guaranteed for same-day processing.

Processing times will depend on whether items are in stock or require production.

3. In-Stock Items

Items that are in stock are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, subject to availability at the time of processing.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible with revised lead times or alternative options.

4. Made-to-Order Items

Products not held in stock are manufactured, assembled, or prepared upon order.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on:

  • Current order volume
  • Production capacity
  • Material availability

Estimated lead times will be provided where possible at the time of order.

5. Combined Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may:

  • Ship all items together once the complete order is ready; or
  • Ship items separately at our discretion.

Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Shipping method selected at checkout

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times will be provided by the carrier.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays once a shipment has been dispatched.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where applicable.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor shipment progress and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if required.

9. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volumes
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Material shortages
  • Courier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Industrial action or transport disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost shipments resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping charges incurred due to returned or redirected parcels

11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 5 business days after the expected delivery date.

Where applicable, please provide:

  • Photographs of any damage
  • Packaging photographs
  • Tracking information
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the courier to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution where possible.
