Returns and refunds
1. Overview
We supply a combination of made-to-order and limited-production aftermarket automotive parts.
While products are manufactured or prepared upon order, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if the item:
- Is unused and in its original condition
- Is returned within 14 days of delivery
- Has not been installed, fitted, modified, or damaged
- Includes all original packaging and supplied components
All returns must be approved in advance before being sent back.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Parts that have been installed, fitted, used, or modified
- Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation
- Products showing signs of wear, fitting attempts, contamination, or misuse
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Products that have been altered at the customer's request
4. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee.
A restocking fee may apply where:
- The return is not due to a fault, defect, or error on our part
- The item has been produced, processed, packaged, or reserved specifically for the order
- Administrative, handling, inspection, or processing costs have been incurred
Any applicable fee will be confirmed before the return is authorised.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
If an order has already entered production, processing, or packaging:
- Cancellation may not be possible; or
- A cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred
Any cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty due to a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect and does not match the item ordered
You must:
- Notify us within 5 business days of delivery
- Provide photographs and a clear description of the issue
Following assessment, we may provide one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the item
- Repair, where appropriate
- Full or partial refund
7. Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The product is suitable for their intended application
- Vehicle compatibility has been verified before purchase
- Product specifications have been reviewed prior to ordering
We do not accept returns solely due to incompatibility where accurate product information has been provided.
8. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for written return authorisation and instructions.
- Return the item using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service.
Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
9. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Unless required by law or due to an error on our part:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
10. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is faulty;
- The item was supplied incorrectly; or
- The return is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
We shall not be liable for:
- Installation or removal costs
- Labour charges
- Vehicle downtime
- Recovery or towing expenses
- Loss of use
- Loss of profits
- Project delays
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
